Environmental policy

The management of Oto Almási – AVATS, in accordance with STN EN ISO 14001:2005, declares the following environmental policy:

The priority interest of the management of the company Oto Almási – AVATS is to satisfy the needs of customers by providing quality services and products, permanent economic growth and prosperity of the company with minimal negative impact on the environment.

In accordance with this intention, the management of the company undertakes in all its activities: production of hydraulic cylinders and their components and milling and turning works:

• § Build, maintain and continuously improve the environmental management system in accordance with the requirements of STN EN ISO 14001:2005,
• § consistently minimize environmental impacts and reduce the generation of waste arising from the company’s activities,
• § deepen and focus on the prevention of environmental pollution,
• § support the efficient use of input materials and energies,
• § use the most modern technology and technological equipment, ecologically appropriate technologies and work procedures for the implementation of activities,
• § comply with obligations arising from valid environmental and other legislation,
• § constantly increase the environmental awareness of employees,
• § communicate and cooperate with the public and with state and local government bodies in the field of environmental protection and creation,
• § support the adoption of these principles by suppliers and business partners.

All employees of the organization are obliged to follow the declared principles of the environmental policy and to respect them in full.
